A 100% commitment fee via e-transfer confirms your order. This covers ingredients, preparation time, and your reserved slot. We begin crafting the moment your order is confirmed. All sales are final.
Most orders require 48–72 hours notice. Larger events and custom designs may need 1–2 weeks. Wedding bookings: 4+ weeks ideal.
Hand-delivery available across Downtown, Kits, West End, Yaletown, Mount Pleasant, and West Van. Pickup from Kitsilano available for other neighborhoods.
Yes. Dairy free, vegan, halal, and gluten free options available. Please share any allergies on the order form. Dairy free and vegan options carry a +$10 per box surcharge for specialty ingredients.
